A digital launch strategy for Space House, one of London’s most remarkable mid-century buildings. Originally designed by Seifert & Partners in the 1960s, this Grade II listed landmark has been carefully restored by Squire & Partners to create 255,000 sq ft of intelligent, adaptable workspace.
The Brief
We partnered with Seaforth to deliver a digital campaign marking Space House’s return to the London property market. We were tasked with creating a distinct digital presence that would resonate with forward-thinking businesses while championing the building as a symbol of responsible redevelopment. Central to the brief was the challenge of bringing the existing brand identity to life through dynamic motion design, ensuring the building’s heritage and modern transformation were equally celebrated.
The Solution
Drawing inspiration from Space House’s bold architectural elements, we delivered a digital launch strategy that captured its distinctive character across multiple channels. The campaign turned the building’s striking geometric facade into a dynamic visual language, breathing new life into every touchpoint from social media to digital displays. This approach created an engaging narrative that revealed Space House’s story in fresh and unexpected ways.
