45 Folgate is a boutique office space, situated near Liverpool Street Station, that has been transformed using a refined industrial aesthetic and designed to attract media, creative and tech tenants.
The Brief
Situated at the intersection of Shoreditch, Spitalfields and the City of London is a refurbished boutique office space. In order to appeal to the target audience, we were asked to develop and deliver an identity that reflected this unique intersection of creative and corporate London.
The Solution
Inspired by the architect’s material palette we developed an identity that is minimal yet contemporary; sleek yet with the hallmarks that focus on the contrast between the materials and textures found in the finished building. The logo itself symbolises the intersection between the three districts of London that meet at number 45.
The Client
Campbell Hay’s exceptional work on the 45 Folgate Street project was a key contributor of its success. Their innovative approach to branding, impressive on-floor displays, and a compelling website played a crucial role in our successful leasing campaign.

Launch collateral for the building included an invitation that used carefully selected paper stocks and marquetry to echo the different textures found within the building.
Integrated within the overall architectural vision, our design scheme for signage and interior wayfinding adopts and amplifies the brand’s graphic language, including bespoke floor numbers and restroom symbols.
