The Pembridge is a boutique apartment development set in the heart of Notting Hill. The building’s modern architecture and thoughtfully designed interiors balance contemporary luxury with warm touches.

The Brief

Princeton Investments have built a track record of unlocking value through an opportunistic approach. They approached us to create a new brand identity and marketing content for The Pembridge, designed by award-winning practice Stiff + Trevillion.

The Solution

Taking inspiration from the physical aspects of the building, in particular the ridged cladding on the facade, we created a brand graphic that uses rhythm as a visual motif, reflecting the pulse of Notting Hill and the lives of future residents.

Inspired by the ridged cladding on the facade of the building, a signature graphic animation was developed. Passing, intersecting and connecting lines conjure a sense of rhythm and the passage of time.

We commissioned photography across the area to shape a narrative that describes the journey through an ideal day in Notting Hill.
